Shipping:

All orders are securely packaged so all products arrive as they left; in perfect condition. Shipping costs are determined by weight, and are calculated when going through the checkout process. The larger items that exceed Australian Post maximum sizing are assessed and priced according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, which ever is greater, and then sent via courier. This will of course exeed the pricing determined by Australian Post shipping price quoted on the order.

We use Australia post, Fastway and Toll Ipec for shipping, ensuring that your products arrive on time, and ready for immediate use.

Returns

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Artmaterials team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage will be the responsibility of the returning party. If there is something about the product you are unhappy with, please let us know, so we can try to improve our services.
